We encourage our clients to take the best of what they see in their favourite stores, bar or holiday resorts and bring it into the home design. Site Box has the team and experience to give our clients the unique style the will stand out from the rest.

The first step in our design process entails familiarising ourselves with you and your unique needs. Here are a few example questions we like to start out with :

We’ll present you with a detailed, transparent budget breakdown before commencing the project, so you can see exactly how and to which resources the budget will be allocated.

Once the design process is completed to your satisfaction and our quality standards, we hand over to our construction team to commence building. We commission all our projects and oversee the construction phase to completion, to ensure that every element of the design plan is reflected perfectly in the end. We believe in maintaining a fluid synergy between all stakeholders.



PRICING:

To help give you a gauge on pricing you should allow $1,800m2 to $5,000m2 (projects over 100m2). The key factor in the variation in $m2 are:

  • Size of each room and the total size of the project m2. A larger project will have a lower cost per m2.

  • Specification of materials, fixture fitting i.e External: Sandstone vs brick vs cladding OR Internal tile cost $20m2 to $300m2.

  • Scope - What level will the job be completed to i.e carpet, curtains, paint, landscape etc.

  • A wet area like a bathroom or kitchen will cost $3000 to $8,000m2.

  • Foundation i.e excavation, piering, retaining walls,

  • Services upgrades i.e Stormwater retention tanks.

  • External landscaping, fencing & driveways.

  • Demolition & asbestos removal

  • Bathroom - free standing bathtubs & copper fixtures,

  • Living area - Fireplace with remote heat control & Oak timber floors,

  • Buttler painter complete with Wine cabinet, oven, dishwasher, Zip boiling water & stone bench tops.

  • Kitchen - Miele & Smeg appliances 

  • Joinery with American oak timber trims and brass hardware.
